·  The prices that are listed are they 100% firm?

o   We do but only if in original cases in pristine condition.

·  Can I sell En Primeur Wines to SMW?

o   We do not provide any service for the purchase or sale of wines involved in En Primeur.

·  Where do I need to send my wines to when we have agreed a sale?

o   In the majority of cases we will ask you to send stock to our LCB Tilbury warehouse account or to release the wines for collection by an international shipper from your warehouse provider. On occasion we may ask you to deliver direct to a buyer or a differing storage account as required.

·  Who covers the cost of delivery to your warehouse?

o   The seller covers the cost of warehouse to warehouse delivery within the UK. If a collection is requested for export purposes then the buyer covers any costs to their destination.

·   How long will it take to ship my wines to you within the UK.

o   Bond to Bond schedules tend to vary dependent on the time of year and how busy the market is at the time. However as a rule of thumb you can work on the below rough timings;

·  You mention rotation numbers in your purchase confirmation email what does this refer to?

o   A rotation number is a unique code used to identify a singular unit of stock upon arrival at a warehouse. This number stays with the stock unit for the entire history whilst in the warehouse. We ask for this detail when you release the stock for collection by our shipper as it helps to identify your stock clearly. Without this number we are unable to proceed.

·   The stock release email you send where do I need to send this information to?

o   When we send instructions for you to release wines or deliver them to us we require that email information filling out concisely and forwarding to your storage provider who will carry out your request as required.
